You're dead wrong. CD keys directly sells you the keys -- so the key can't be invalidated.

Don't lie or try to suppress sales from a business in print-- that's libel.

You're associating cdkeys to theses other sellers -- cdkeys isn't mentioned in these articles for a reason.

Cdkeys is the direct seller of the keys and doesn't broker a deal and sell you a third party key.

Cdkeys, presumably -- and it has been yet to be proven, buys keys that are not region locked but marketed and sold in other countries for less. Then they sell their inventory of perfectly working keys to gamers in the US at a lower price.

If the marketers of the game cdkeys acquires licenses for dislikes this they can simply stop selling the non-region locked games for less. Again, it's the games marketing department that makes the call to sell it for less, region free, in different countries-- OR arguably, their decision to sell the game for MORE to the residents of the US.

You-- you the consumer could actually visit the steam store of Mexico or the Nintendo online store of Denmark from the USA and buy the game at a discount. All cdkeys.com is presumably doing is selling these international keys to us the end users at a discount by selling international online keys of games.

Additionally, if someone bought several official Louis Vuitton bags in France for $100 and brought them to America and sold them online to people here in the USA for $200 ( if the Americans bought those bags from American retailers they'd pay $300) well-- Louis Vuitton may not like that. In fact, Louis may get so mad he'd hire online shills (who arguably have no steak in the activity of the bags being sold for less) to try and deter people from buying those perfectly good bags at a discount price.

They're legit. They don't buy and resell stolen keys. They just take advantage of regional pricing. For instance, in the USA a game can cost $60, but in Russia it would cost $30 because of currency conversion and price adjusted for market. A company like CDKeys buys them in bulk in cheaper regions, then resells them worldwide.

Of course no developer wants them to do it, but unless a developer puts regional restrictions, it's completely legal to do.

If they keys were stolen, you would have a bunch of angry customers with revoked keys.

This is the cheapest I've ever seen Doom. I was waiting out for $5 bargain bin, but this is good enough, especially considering this includes all the DLC now.

CDKeys is awesome

So many good deals, even without a sale or discount

Gray area keys whatever, beats pirating if I can get new releases and older games on the cheap

Backlog continues to grow...

Please note that 'cd key' based sites like these pray on a grey market of reselling keys often purchased with stolen credit cards. That may not matter to you as long as you get a game, but there are risks involved that you should be aware of. Namely, if the credit card is reported stolen, the developers will often invalidate the keys associated with that purchase. If you bought that one, you are SOL.

If you are looking for some discount games through legitimate suppliers, check out the following sites:

greenmangaming.com
indiegala.com
gamesrepublic.com
bundlestars.com
humblebundle.com

Also, Steam sales get pretty cheap and happen once a quarter.

If the stolen credit card is true then cdkeys should be shut down by now

I hope they are just buying keys from cheaper countries and reselling them at a discount
