I would never buy cologne from eBay.

Can't tell you how many fakes I got 8-10 years ago growing up trying to save money.

Beauty and health products are something that I try to avoid buying on eBay. There's a reason why Amazon is super strict about allowing people to sell health and beauty products on their site.

Apparently testers are indeed watered down, as they just need to last a few moments to a few minutes while it's sprayed onto the small testing paper at a store or onto someone's arm. Hence the much cheaper price. ( a pal is in the industry and told me this. )

I own 89 different colognes. I own some testers and I can tell no difference in the quality.

No it's not look at me and how many colognes I have. However I can tell you don't believe this hype that testers are watered down.
