Crossover 3412UM 34" IPS 3440x1440 95hz Monitor $400

The one caveat is this monitor isn't curved. Other than that it has everything one would want in an ultrawide (IPS, 3440x1440, over 60hz). In the specs below it says 60hz but it comes overclocked to 95hz.

Overclocking can vary... I wouldn't expect every one to be in the 90s.

It comes at 95hz out of the box as I understand it. You can OC it another 10hz or so, at least that's what I've found online.

Nice! When does yours come in? I paid about 1g for an alienware monitor with nearly the same specs and would easily return it for this to save quite a big chunk of change. I just want to make sure that the hz is there... I don't want anything less than 90. Fwiw I play max settings in most games and I average 80-90 fps on the shooter I play r6s. I run sli gtx 1080s.

Oos as of today. Maybe they will replenish before the 27th. I looked at the ad and it did say 60hz...so...thats a major factor.

Id be all over this if returns were easy and accepted

Too risky with an off brand but awesome deal if its a good reliable monitor

Is it really? Now I feel bad I should have posted sooner. I found it on Reddit a few days ago and assumed it would be here too.

Yeah I had my doubts but this seller is the most established Korean monitor seller out there. I'll definitely let you know how it performs when mine comes in next Friday.

I totally understand. I actually paid about $70 more for an Acer 27in monitor over a Crossover few years ago for this very reason. But that had a dead pixel and pretty mediocre build quality so when the time came for an upgrade I decided I'd rather save.

I can link a YouTube review if you want. The guy didn't even have to overclock it. The option for 95hz was there in the windows graphics settings and he just clicked and applied.

Monitor came in Tuesday night. Works great. 95hz is right there in the settings and works flawlessly. Also it has freesync in the settings. Haven't tried it yet because I have a 970 but I might test it with my brother's 280. Rocket league (pretty much all I play) runs at around 80fps at high settings at 3440x1440. I'm going to turn down a few settings to get the full 95fps.

I'm going to hold off on overclocking the monitor further until I have a GPU that can actually handle it.

At $390 (had $10 eBay gift card) this is the most expensive thing I've ever bought for my PC and it was totally worth it.
