??? If they were so great, why would you need to get new ones?? Good cookware lasts a lifetime.. and many common brands, in fact, offer a lifetime warranty.. at $50-70 price range too.

Warranties are a sham sometimes with required paid shipping both ways your actually buying the cookware over

OK. true. but back to my point: you shouldn't need to replace good cookware... ever. that's my point. warranty doesn't come into play because there should be no need for it. I have cooksets that had a 5 year warranty.. but have lasted 35+ years.. and look brand new still.
