This looks like good to me but I'm not too familiar with PC. Anything I should be alert of?

Everything looks amazing. But you won't know until someone tries it out and reports back how well the airflow is for the tower... Cpu and gpu Temps while idle 35-45°C is normal. Max temp at high loads is 85°C. I wouldn't let it run this high for a long period. I would only let it run NOT greater than 75°C for long periods, the sensors could be inaccurate, and may be higher than its reporting.
