Lightning Deal: $68.87 for the GB40 (1000 Amp)
https://www.amazon.com/NOCO-GB40-...015TKUPIC/

I'd jump on it if I didn't just buy a cheaper brand. Should have waited...

Advice please. What would be enough Amp to jump start a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee or a 2014 Honda CRV?

Edit: I'd get the 1000 with the price differential so little.

Was going to get one (I think it's the best brand of this type of jump starter), but between the fire hazard risk and fact that it doesn't charge or discharge safely below 32 degrees F, I lost my enthusiasm.
By the way, many can get this $2 cheaper if you sign up for Noco emails on their website and then buy it direct with their 40% off coupon. That's after $2.95 shipping and $0 tax (for me), it still comes out to less. YMMV

Looks good but the other feature I'm looking for (usually just found on the larger non-lithium jump starters) is a tire pump. I think both jumpstart and tire pump are necessities for a car trunk because you never know when the battery might die or your tire goes flat or you have to use your spare tire and I'm guessing 90%+ of the people never check/pump up their spare tire so it will be flat when you drive over a nail and need your spare tire...

You can always get a portable compressor [amazon.com] that plugs into your vehicle's 12-volt power port. I've had one for a few years and it works great. Just recently I bought an adapter so I can power it from my lithium jump starter if needed.
