Does this thing actually work? Past deals on handheld steamers had people complaining about them.

It's just another tool to help with decision making. I don't use it exclusively to decide if I will or will not purchase a product.

BTW I did purchase the steamer. Primarily based on the video reviews.

So since we all agree fakespot is iffy and this one was rated a D, but you purchased anyways, I don't see the point of posting fakespot info since it's not reliable. I do my own homework outside of fakespot ratings and I DO read through a lot of these SD threads to see what people are saying about the item from personal experience. That, in combination with the reviews, photos, video reviews, etc is what I base my purchase decision on. If I did see several overwhelming negative comments on an item on a SD post, I may not purchase.

FWIW, if you keep posting fakespot ratings on every deal, some people may see the D rating that you posted and will avoid purchasing, which I don't really think is fair to the deal or the product. It's not very helpful in this case, just my thoughts. In for 1.

I have a similar steamer purchased from Amazon about three years ago. That brand/model hits Frontpage a couple times a year. I forgot the name and price though. Anyway, it works surprisingly well getting out wrinkles. I hate ironing but using these handheld steamers are quick and easy. They're also convenient and easy to pack if you travel.

I didn't need a code. There was a button to redeem for 60% off coming to $10

They brought the price to 9.99 so no code or anything. I got it, I just need it to get rid of wrinkles in my green screen
