Our latest Keurig died a few weeks ago and I found this on sale for $60 at the time. It is working great and is much quieter than any Keurig we have used. I noticed it is now down to $39.99 and called for a 20 dollar refund! I may buy another as a backup.

Great price... but it's hit and miss on the reviews.

I have a very similar brewer - same manufacturer and everything - except mine has a knob where I can dial in how much I want brewed in increments of 0.5 fl oz . That one has served me well and I even use San Francisco Bay pods (their donut shop coffee is my absolute favorite) rather than k-cups.

The DaVinci may be decent, but i would be cautious. We bought the Mozart version and had to have it replaced under warranty 2 times. Both lasted approx. 1 month each. The pump locked up on both and the dial in the top would stop spinning.

I may just have a coffee curse tho, the Ninja Coffee Bar that we replaced the Mozart with is leaking water out of the back of the head while it brews.

I also had the pump die on my DaVinci in about 4 months. But it was pretty hassle free getting it replaced. They sent me another one and I did not have to send the bad one back. That one has been working like a champ for about a year now. It does make a stronger cup than the Kuerig I had since it spins the water in the K-cup while brewing.

Keurig brewers purposely use a cheap solenoid valve that will not last (with heavy use) for more than 2 years. I've replaced a bunch on broken Keurig machines I've saved from the dumpster and they are still functioning.
