Just looked at eBay. A lot of these "Pre-Owned" for sale, not even at a great price compared to this offer. But it leads me to ask: How effective/efficient is this device? Any users that are blown away by its talents?

Comments please.

We use this in the winter at night to heat our 31" foot RV when we go camping. It does an excellent job at maintaining a warm temp.

We also have one of those dimplex heaters that looks like a little wood burning stove. It's only around $100 and heats better than this. We use it in our home.

It's showing regular price, did you get them to price match Dyson?

Although expensive, 46.6% off msrp seems like a great deal. Does anyone know if retailer like Best Buy will price match this? (For easier return)

We have an older version that we bought 5-6 years ago I think. Works well. There are les expensive options out there for sure. Happy with my purchase for sure. What I like about this model is the wide range for the heat setting. (Plan to use this for a cellar I want to keep at 55 degrees and it dips too low when it freezes outside.)

I don't use it much for cooling, but this is thing is awesome for heating. Definitely worth the money. But I would wait for the refurbished ones. They're alot cheaper and same quality

How loud is this fan and heater? We purchased one from the dyson outlet and it was very loud on the highest setting in fan mode. Wondering if this is normal or having a refurbished unit exacerbates the noise.

I walked by one in Costco and looked at it. Seems like a lot of $ for what it does... doesn't seem like it would heat any room of size either. Personally I don't think it's worth it.

I agreed, looks fancy and unconventional just for the sake of bragging and impressing people by way of wallet, not grey matter.

Absurdly priced!

We love ours. Mainly use it for the heating function in winters. It's great to be able to set the temperature and not worry about pets or children hurting themselves. Uses the same wattage as most other space heaters so if your goal is simply warm the office or small room while you are in it.. I'd skip on this at any price range
