Since non-stick pans never last that long (not talking about cast-iron), you want to find a good pan for cheap and replace every couple of years.

This is the lower price ever for this on 3xCamel. It was number one rated pan by Consumer Reports years ago.

For those who are interested, pick one up!

Excellent buy... I bought to compliment the 8" and 10" that I already had... now this one gets more use than the other two... Cheers!

This version with the lid might be worth the extra $13 depending on your needs...

Bought this in 2014 and it is my favorite pan. It has held up very well. In my case, use a lid that came with another pan if I need it.

I bought one one of these thermo-spot pans before and the red indicator started peeling/flaking after only a couple months. Anyone else run into this issue?

I recommend the 12" one krivera1 posted. I used to have a similar one which worked well, but had to get a new one because of a new induction stove. I got the 12.5 and the sides are too shallow, which means when trying to turn over food, things are more likely to spill over the edge. The 12" with the slightly more upright sides never did that.

Have this pan and it's been pretty good. Mine lasted about year but I used it a fair amount searing and then finishing in the oven. Mine had a hump in the middle and believe it's designed that way. I didn't care much for that feature. Think I will go back to seasoned carbon steel.

So glad you mentioned that. Read the reviews more carefully and saw a lot of similar comments. Literally the only reason I wanted to buy this was to replace one that has an annoying bump in the middle.
