They do surprisingly well according to professional reviews. Basically all of Intel's processors 7th gen and below have been obsoleted by Ryzen. A year ago I would have jumped on this deal. Now it's super meh. Dat SSD though.

i got the xps 13 (which is still available at microsoft store for pick up). I was going to go for lenovo flex 5, but xps 13 got great reviews.

So you're saying they're about equal (where power-per-flop is concerned)? ... since even Intel's processors, 7th gen and below, have been obsoleted by their own 8th gen processors. laugh out loud
