Label notes this is not an organic product. Product of US, Canada, and Argentine which is mostly good (Canada was a main conduit of the adulterated Chinese honey smuggled into the US several years ago, but I am assuming both they and the FDA have learned from it). I would say this is probably ultra-filtered/micro-filtered, and very likely heat treated during that process (easier to pass the honey through the filter pores). There are multiple sources indicating that does destroy many of the healthy aspects of eating honey, but if you use it for baking (high temps will destroy the enzymes, pollen, etc.) then this is a bargain at this quantity for the home cook.
