Even with 20% off, it's hard to justify one of these when Zinus mattresses get such great reviews. $920 for a Casper king, or $205 for a Zinus. Hmmm...

Read this article about online mattress sellers. It turns out they're just as dodgy as the brick and mortar locations.

Interesting.

We've ordered 5 mattresses from Bed in a Box over approx that many years. The first was before Casper, Leesa, Purple, Tuft & Needle, etc., appeared on the radar. I've always been extremely pleased with the product and service at BIAB. (no, not a shill, I promise)

When I saw friends "liking" Casper on FB a year or two back, I curiously explored their website. The roster of employees was pretty interesting... it appeared that they had like 50 or 60 people working for them, none of whom actually make the mattress. So it seemed that they were just a company who jumped on the memory foam hype-wagon, secured some VC, and bloated themselves up by hiring a bunch of marketers.

We've always been loyal to Bed in a Box, because they're a small company in a small TN town, making the mattresses locally. Their existence isn't solely a result of massive marketing campaigns. But that's just my 0.02.

Anyone know a good shower review site, because after reading that article I need the best!

If you're in the market for a shower, I recommend Moist™ Most comfortable, wet shower you'll ever take, guaranteed.

I got the Casper dog mattress for my boxer. It's the first bed he hasn't torn apart, so although the upfront cost was high, it has saved me from having to buy a new dog bed every six months and laundering the cushions at a Laundromat.

He seems to like it. I haven't slept on a Casper myself.

OP, where are you getting that this is "lowest price ever"? Not according to CCC, at least not on King. I didn't bother checking any more after that.

Current price: $920
CCC lowest: $776

I have been pretty frustrated trying to find any decent mattress or tire deals so far this BF / CM.

I did a ton of research to be able to buy a mattress on black Friday. I ended up buying the Bear mattress just based on it seemed like it had a lot of genuine good reviews and the discount for the mattress, foundation, and mattress pad combined was good too. I was tempted to buy the Aviya mattress since I'm more used to the innerspring feel but Bear seemed to be too good of a deal to pass up.
