CyberPower I7 7700HQ NVIDIA 1070 Discrete Graphics 256gbPCIe Storage $1139

Lowest discrete NVIDIA 1070 based Laptop I've seen this holiday season. Somewhat limited add on upgrades but I'd say a better deal as is via spec and price than the few (i7/1070's) that touched $1300. Sorry for the mistakes, long time lurker first time poster. Best of luckApplause

I hate how little you can customize! Just add a thunderbolt onto this and I'm golden, but don't tease me with a customize button that doesn't do crap 😡

Good deal, but super annoying that you can't upgrade the size of the SSD, or add a HDD. Only option CyberPowerPC offers is to add a second 256gb SSD.

Yea lack TB was the first thing I noticed, it's just hard to overlook a i7/1070/256 PCIe based laptop nearing 1100. Plus the decent options with storage.

They have an 15" i7/1070 slightly more customizable in the Daily Deal area. Still no TB. $1375(minus the promo)

Plus the savings from that 5% off coupon for builds over $999 in price.

Why is there no link provided? Searching the site I see some comparable deals, but not the one described in the OP.

There doesn't seem to be any code needed. If you go to the link I added in my comment you can get the deal mentioned.

Actually sorry about that. I thought the first time I clicked on the link it was automatically discounted. Doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Looks like a promo code for need to be added manually.

The original post is a bit clearer, sorry for the confusion. This is a solid deal for a 1070, I've watched for a few months.

How does this compare to MSI laptops? Does cyberpower use their own chassis? Metal or plastic? What's the refresh rate on the screen? GSync?

Really want to know that too. Heard about their low quality PC. Also can't find many reviews of their laptops. Definitely jump on this if it's not this brand.
