does anyone know what the return policy is for Target? Would love to return locally but I'm afraid short return period given it is electronic. Better with Amazon + 5% off with Amazon card or Discover?

Notice for those purchasing, it won't operate below 32F. (Stated on page as minimum operating temperature) It's currently 34 during the day where I am in Michigan.

Not sure why it says that at Target. Nest.com says:

I live in Michigan and have no problems with mine outside. It's been 13 months now.

One gripe I have with this camera is what is the best way to wire this in when it's powered via USB right? Run the cord into the attic and make sure you have a power outlet up there? What's the best way?

Thank you! I was just following from Targets website. Didn't really think to check Nest. Didn't mean to spread misinformation

I ran the wire through my soffit vent through the attic to the garage and plugged it into the garage motor plug.

There's a 10 foot usb cable attached to the camera which then attaches to a large, round connector. Then it has 15 feet from there to the power outlet.

there's also a monthly fee to record anything and it adds up PER CAMERA.
