I don't understand the s&s deals.. do people just constantly cancel the subscription after the first time? is there no risk of getting account flagged?

Yes. If you need it on ongoing basis, then you leave it. sometimes price stays the same, but usually goes back to normal price

thanks, this worked ok when i spilled jam on my jeans.

We've been putting all sorts of random stuff in and out of our monthly s&s rotation without Amazon giving a rat's rear end. They aren't taking a loss on these things

I'll have to try it again. It was only an add-on item when I went to purchase it.

***Worked for a grand total of $2.48 (had an Amazon move discount)

No, there's no reason your account would get flagged. You're not violating any rules. It's like signing up for a free trial using a CC then cancelling before they bill you. The business model is predicated on convenience and people forgetting; obviously, as savvy shoppers, we don't forget. I, like many others here, have used S&S for 5-6 years, virtually never getting the same product monthly, and have had zero issues.
