This beats earlier FP Newegg deal of $250 (though that was no tax for many)

I just pulled the trigger on the ac2200 deal for $200. That had 3 (2 sats and a router). This is only 2. Would it be worthwhile to cancel and order this one?

I'm in the same boat. Curious what others think.

In my opinion, yes. This has two advantages over the 2200 that make a big difference: Faster speed and the fact that each router/sat has 3 Ethernet ports.

I have 3 floors though - essentially I need a router a floor. I assume if I upgrade, I'll need to get another sat.?

I'm in the same situation, but from what I have read the 5000 square ft range of the 2300 should be good enough for 3 floors, so I'm going to try it out. For me the lack of Ethernet ports on the 2200 would be a deal breaker.

Man this is tough. I already have a tp link hardline thing so no ethernet is not the worse thing ever but it would make things easier if it was there. Grrrrr

Order 3 version - IF you have MULTIPLE deads pots on different floors, if you currently have Adding 2 Orb might solve it. If so faster speed is better way to go.

If you only have single bad area - get the 2 version AC3000 - faster speed in long term will be better. The 3rd may not even be necessary based on how and where you place.

Just wonder different between Orbi RBK50 vs RBR50
'R' is standalone router. 'K' is the kit which comes with the router and the satellite to extend range.
