Been tracking the price on this for a while and it's definitely the lowest price I've seen!

I bought it for $307 on Friday, so I called Amazon to ask for a price adjustment, but they refused. Just a heads up for anyone else in the same boat.

This deal, or the Orbi deal that was posted earlier today?

Replying to my own question: I'm getting this. Eero is a true mesh device while Orbi uses a star topology.

Got 16 of these at Walmart for $99 each a couple weeks ago. Making a fortune on eBay. =)
BTW, they go for less on eBay. I was selling them between $250-$285.

Return it and rebuy it at the lower price.

For what it's worth, B&H has 3 of the Gen1 Eeros for the same price $279. The Beacons in the deal OP posted are basically slightly improved Gen1 Eeros without ethernet. If you want to hard wire in your access points, the 3 pack of Gen1s are going to be a better performer than the Eero + 2x Beacons. If you aren't going to be on a wired backhaul then the OP deal will be better for you since the Beacons have better radios and more 5Ghz channels available.

I currently run 3x Gen1 hardwired and 1x Beacon with about 50 devices connected at any given time and my wifi performance throughout the home (and in the yard perimeter) is incredibly solid.

How do you know if it is GEN1 or GEN2? Frys locally has them on clearence for $229 for the three pack. Going to pick one up but was readying this gen 1 and 2 stuff and I want to make sure it will work for me. I plan to put one by my router then 2 or 3 wireless throughout the house. House is 3000 sq ft.
