Yeah, it was spliced from the genes of a Faberware and a Kitchenaid.

Had one, loved it. Bulb burned out after about two months. Bought it off ebay and it was drop shipped from kohls. Read the reviews, bulb burns out and about the same cost of fryer. Don't get me wrong we loved this fryer, has room for a whole meal, others are not this big and does take up a lot of room. The best thing about this is you can see your food cook.

Yeah, not worth the $6 savings to me Smilie I will keep looking, I think Smilie I think this one is just really not energy efficient.

Update: Nevermind. I bought the blue one. Thanks for sharing the deal!

Is this the bulb: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Flavorwave-Air-Fryer-Turbo-Halogen-Oven-Bulb-Replacement-Suney-012126-1300W... [ebay.com]

Seems $23 not too bad a price. But every two months? However they offer a replacement plan which might make sense in this case.

I've had a Phillips air fryer for 2 years now and love it. Gonna give this a try, bigger and the glass bowl is a great idea.

Yes that's the bulb and hey I wouldn't mind having another one if I could replace the bulb for twenty but from them is was like 40 bucks so I returned to Kohls and got 108 dollar instore credit from the guy who was selling them for 70 on ebay, which I just used Black Friday. Just saying, I wouldn't turn it up to high, heat wise or warrantee it. Slice up chicken breasts and shake in a bag with chicken Fry batter from Walmart and season fries on top and watch it cook. I think I just sold myself
