Found this Black & Decker 20V Li Drill with 2 batteries for $39.97 at Walmart.com which is $20 off msrp. Reviews seem pretty solid, and need a new drill at home, in for 1. It's nice to have the second battery to keep you going when you're in the middle of a project.

The single battery 20V Li Drill is going for $29.97, see link...

Just so folks know, this comes with the weakest of the 20V batteries - just a 1.2A.

All 20V Max batteries work with all other 20V Max tools.

I am totally invested in this 20V Max series of tools and they haven't let me down yet. This drill is the smaller of the two versions. The other drill has changeable heads that accommodate things like a small trim saw, air compressor, hammer drill and the like. This drill is smaller and feels better in the hand and is my goto drill for what else, drilling. For wood screws I'd use the other drill with the impact driver attachment. Overall this is a good jumping-in point as it has two batteries.

Great deal, have this drill and works well for around the house. Two batteries alone would set you back past this and they work with so many other things.

Here comes the tool snobs to crap on this for not being a dewalt.
If it were a DeWalt then I wouldn't be able to afford it.

From what I've heard, a little creative Dremel work will allow you to use these batteries in a DeWalt tool.

I agree. Its just pitiful that some of them say things like

'These are only good for light use if you want to drill wood however'

What the heck else would you do thats less than wood? Do they literally think there are 18/20 v drills that can only do drywall or dirt?

I have a harbor freight $13 nic cad still working fine for like 11 years. I have mounted countless tv's and even used it in a pinch on brick. But nope thats not possible to the tool snobs lol. Anyway thats my rant.

1.2Ah is pretty sad. Wish B&D didn't cheap out on the batteries but I understand.
