I've got a friend who has this system in his house and he loves it. Seems like a great price.

Good deal on Orbi! I'm sure that these won't last long at this price. My parents need better WiFi and should do the trick (and then some).

Killer price on a system. Wish I would have waited for cyber Monday to pick up my Orbi... But then again I wouldn't be connected in my basement right now!

The AC3000 2 pack was this same price earlier today on Amazon. Not sure the cheaper model for the same price is that great a deal...

I debated on the Orbi and Google Wifi a few weeks ago. Went with the Orbi and it has been awesome. I have a 2000sqft home and no deadspots at all, even in the front and back yard. My security camera's stream live views with no lag. I pay for 200mpbs speed but with speeds tests I'm getting 240ish. I went with Netgear because of the dedicated connection between the router and the satellites. Also because they've been in the networking game forever as my previous routers were Netgear. Some of the complaints I've found about Google wifi sometimes having issues penetrating walls concerned me.

I jumped on the earlier RBK50/AC3000 deal earlier, but it was slightly more at $237.99

Not a good deal unless it was the AC3000 (rbk50) which is currently $8 more in Amazon (was $238. Now showing up unavailable).
I went with the AC3000 3 pack rbk53 from Costco on BF, given the size of my house.

Check this site (if it works):
https://kb.netgear.com/000038220/...est-for-me

2200 = slightly less speed, fewer backhaul antennas (1/2 speed), no USB ports, less coverage (2000 sq ft vs 2500 sq ft for each router/satellite)

Would this work with Google Fiber? The stock network box is unable to keep up with my WiFi devices. Never had a problem with AT&T Fiber and their router.

My house is only 1350 square feet but due to the plaster and wire walls I needed the Orbi system to get good signal throughout my house. Kinda unfortunate.
