While the price of the phone isn't necessarily on sale, the two "free" options are nice:

Galaxy S7 32GB (Unlocked) Certified Pre-Owned
SM-G930UZKAXAA-R
QTY: 1
PRICE: $399.99
Fast Charge Wireless Charging Stand
EP-NG930TSUGUS
QTY: 1
PRICE: FREE
Galaxy S7 Wireless Charging Battery Pack
EP-TG930BSUGUS
QTY: 1
PRICE: FREE

Daughter wants one and I'd love to have done the $50 trade in with an old phone but I couldn't figure out how to get the $50 discount to stack with the options.

Anyhow, hope if someone else has been looking for one that this might interest you.

Unlocked so you can have access to most U.S. GSM and CDMA networks.
Ships in 1 to 3 business days.
Free shipping on all orders
We do more than hit the reset button. Before any device gets labeled Samsung Certified Pre-Owned, it gets completely taken apart and rebuilt by the same engineers who build our new phones. They replace worn out pieces, and we include the same one-year warranty our new phones come with for extra peace of mind.

Kiddo wants a headphone jack, an SD slot, and a decent camera. It's her first phone for college, after my buying her bottom end Moto E units and while I would've preferred to spend $400 on anything other than a Samsung for her, it's the only thing on her Christmas list.

For all of you giving thumbs down, why not state why? I've been watching for a decent deal on the S7 for a couple of months now and the ones posted have mostly been carrier locked, limited or no warranty, and no options.

I don't know why thumb downs, but I don't follow S7 maybe the price is not right or model# is an odd one, I have no idea.
I ended up buying Huawei Mate 9 ($400 +band2 as BF gift) mainly because of price/performance, very good camera, microSD, very good battery life. Of course my electrical engineer, scientist Chinese colleagues' praises about Huwei's engineering approach helped ease my reliability concerns.

Thanks isii. I too love the Huawei line. Beautiful hardware. Congratulations on what I understand to be a great device.

The thumbs down are because it is $400 for a pre-owned phone, $18 battery and $42 charger ($25 at Bestbuy). You can buy a good condition refurb for $250 on ebay/swappa (depending on network) and a 2 year squaretrade warranty for about the same as the purchase prize (taking off for the extras).
It might fit your needs, but perhaps someone else is willing to take a locked phone for less, or doesn't want/need the external battery and charger.
Samsung is bundling items that not everyone wants to keep the price where it is. So slickdealers who like bundles/value and want an unlocked phone with warranty will go for the deal, while slickdealers who want just the phone, for the best possible price will not find value in the "extras".

Terrible price! Consider this instead:

N1wireless.com has gold S7 new (open box) for $259. Verizon version (GSM unlocked).
