So let me get this straight. This is for when you buy a new SSD to replace the HDD in your laptop, and you use this to transfer your data onto the new SSD from the old HDD before installing it into the laptop? Correct?

well that's one way to use it.
or you can just use your SSD as external portable drive.
that's what I do, I have like 5 SSDs, and I use the USB to SSD cable use them as
external drives, instead buying those expensive portable SSD external drives, or USB thumb drives. this is large space, and FAST~!!!!

Can you recommend a program (no matter the cost) that can purge that junk as much as possible before mirroring? (Short of wiping out everything)

Anyone get codes to work?

Link not opening in app... Not sure if it needs to be redirected straight to app, in order for the codes to work.

In for one. Been on my list of things to buy for quite a while. Time to dig the hard drives out of all of the old laptops and desktops that are stacked up in the storage building. Thanks.

Used this to pull off some data from an old 2.5" IDE drive made circa 2003.

Will probably never need it again now that my stuff is consolidated and backed up. But you never know.
