This isn't the ideal price but compared to the pricing of the RAM at the moment, I think this's a good deal for $279+FS...

I don't know, but from what I've read so far, B-dies are pretty much 3200 CL14

At least according to G.Skill, their TridentZ RGB RAMs are all tested for Ryzen if that's what you're wondering.

Bought this last night, I was surprised this deal didn't get move love, it was an amazing price 8.75 per GB. Even the past front page deal for the trident rgb 3000 or 3200 was 10.00 per GB and lower density ram.

When they say tested, it probably means at default settings. It's possible once you get into overclocking is when b-die becomes necessary/better.

I meant that they specifically meant Ryzen compatible. Meaning they're "optimized" for Ryzen to be overclocked at labeled latency and speed apparently. Not sure if it's new lineup of products different from the existing lineup of RGB RAMs though.

Edit: nevermind, this one's SKU ends with TZR, meaning it's Intel optimized lineup. Seems like AMD optimized one ends with TZRX
