Out of stock
4 lights, $10 -- http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HS45ZHS - Only 13 left in stock - order soon

6 lights, $11.50 -- https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KQDWS2O - Ships from and sold by Amazon.com in easy-to-open packaging. Gift-wrap available.

24 lights, $10 -- https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N39Q6DN - Temporarily out of stock. which means you can still order it and it will likely be shipped in an extra day or two.

I can keep going - there are tons more like these all over amazon, and even cheaper on eBay and elsewhere.

In for 5 packs...there is a huge variety in quality on these, so I'll take a gamble. These are much more attractive than the normal ones, plus multiple color temps available. Amazon = free returns, so no risk.

Amazon != free returns
Unless it says so on the product page. I'm not seeing it

"Prime"

If the product is defective or doesn't meet the description, then it's free returns. The biggest potential hassle is if they make you print a label and take it to a UPS store. Half the time all you have to do is put it outside in an unmarked box and UPS does the rest

Defective, true. If you don't like it....
I guess you can always claim doesn't meet description...

Which is the #1 way to get a warning and then your account suspended according to someone who deals directly with those types of issues, especially once you reach a 10% return rate.

Fair point -- I've only got about 30 returns since I joined Prime (out of about 1,500 orders) and haven't run into any issues yet. I definitely don't abuse the privilege, but at the same time I feel like the proliferation of anonymous Chinese vendors--with spotty descriptions and quality--is something that Amazon needs to be looking at a little more closely. It's not helping their reputation, IMO.

For sure most aren't described correctly in some significant way and obviously you don't abuse. I'm talking about ordering 2 computer monitors or TVs and keeping one, returning a computer due to a bogus defect (scratch that isn't there) and then returning it with a damaged box but listing it as otherwise pristine, returning new clothing items without the tags attached, etc etc. Amazon loses money on electronics return situations like those mentioned above; clothing items to a lesser extent, as long as the packaging is legitimately how you rec'd it.
