Some of those MSRPs seem really high. 40% off always seems slick but it seems to get things like the smart plugs down into a range that I'd expect to pay anyway.

Is this motion detector a better one than the GE motion detector $19 deal posted last night?

The mouse traps - albeit expensive, are really nice.

Thanks OP. Didn't know there was a Z-wave mouse trap. This is great for my attic spaces where I never check traps and later find decomposed critters in old spring type traps weeks later.

Are z-wave plugs really that expensive? Wifi plugs are easily acquired lately around $15. And yet a 3 pack of Z-wave here is around $23 each.

Anyone know if these work with the Simon XT? I have a Frontpoint system, and the Monoprice Z-Wave sensors weren't compatible for some reason.

All the leak sensor and shutoff valve is oos. Missed it Frown. Being the manufacturer oos is bogus.

They were slammed yesterday with my original post on the water valve. That's what sold me on buying it, so that's initially what I posted. People bought up the kits and individual valves like crazy I guess. Not sure when it went OOS.
