We Happy Few PS4/XB1 at Amazon, possible pre-order double-dip discount deal ($47.99 or $31.99). YMMV

There is a 20% pre-order discount which is showing up as multiple discounts for this game. Now, this may be nothing, but it could also be price-corrected to include the additional prime savings which should be the 20% in addition to the "discount applied" discount. Since the prime pre-order guarantees the lowest price, if the measly $6/$2 is corrected you may end up with an additional $8 off, respectively.

I only noticed this because my original pre-order for this game only had the prime discount of $2 and it wasn't updated to include the additional $8, and I was confused why it wasn't 20%. Went back through checkout with the game and now I get the better deal.

Deluxe editions show up as:
Items:$69.99
Shipping & handling:$0.00
Discount Applied:-$8.00
Prime Savings:-$6.00
Total before tax:$55.99

Regular editions:
Order Summary
Items:$49.99
Shipping & handling:$0.00
Discount Applied:-$8.00
Prime Savings:-$2.00
Total before tax:$39.99

YMMV.

Where's the $32 come in? Not seeing and only see $39.99 at checkout which is 20% off $49.99 which is pretty much MSRP everywhere I checked.

Basically I am suggesting this MIGHT be an additional $8 off which would make it $31.99. the YMMV is just me being presumptive. I'm sure if you really want, if this doesn't happen automatically, you could press the issue with Amazon and get them to honor the 20% off via a "prime discount" rather than the "discount applied".

Personally I think there's a decent chance this will automatically be updated to reflect the 20% off as the "prime discount". But of course, YMMV.
