If you purchased one or more KT Tape products between Oct. 30, 2011 and Nov. 3, 2017, you could get up to 50 percent of the full retail price from this false advertising class action settlement.
KT Tape consumers who submit a Claim Form no later than May 16, 2018, can get up to 50 percent of the full retail price of the athletic tape. Proof of purchase is not required for the first package of KT Tape being claimed.
However, Class Members who are able to submit a receipt along with their Claim Form will be able to claim a total of five KT Tape products from this settlement. If you bought from Amazon, I would think you can use the order info as a receipt for additional packages.
Consumers who submit a valid and timely claim will receive up to 50 percent of the price they paid for their KT Tape. For the purpose of this settlement, the "full retail" amounts have been determined for each of the following items:
KT Tape Original: $12.99
KT Tape Pro: $19.99
KT Tape ProX: $19.99
KT Tape Gentle: $21.99
KT Tape Pro Extreme: $21.99
KT Tape Olympic: $19.99
Limited Edition KT Tape: $21.99
KT Recovery + Recovery Patch (4 Count): $9.99
KT Recovery + Recovery Patch (6 Count): $14.99
KT Tape Flex (8 count): $15.99
KT Tape Flex (12 count): $19.99
KT Tape Recovery + Ice/Heat (regular): $44.99
KT Tape Recovery + Ice/Heat (with instant ice): $49.99
KT Tape Clinical Pro: $89.99
KT Tape Clinical Cotton: $69.99
KT Tape Edema: $69.99
KT Tape Grip: $12.99
I would think that everyone claiming the most expensive product as your "no receipt" purchase might set off some warning bells.
