Help me find a good kids outdoor projector

17 10 November 29, 2017 at 10:34 AM
Looking to have movie nights with the neighborhood kids and need a suitable projector to aim at the side of my barn. Don't know where to start. I'd like high contrast and good bulb life. Any suggestions that won't make me go broke?

Price point target would probably be helpful for folks to chime in on with suggestions.

I purchased a generic projector on one of the wish.com websites. I paid 49 dollars and that includes shipping. It had all thebells and whistles of the 1,000 dollar projectors. It comes in very clear too. It's worth the risk of buying from China. So far so good.

Update. I have unplugged and moved this projector from room to room and brought it to my moms for Thanksgiving for movie night with the family. I just unpacked it from my Thanksgiving trip and it works fine. I'm actually using it now as a computer monitor as I am typing this message

Thanks but for $49 I'm sure it's lacking a lot of popular input options and audio outputs and I just can't get over the "get what you pay for" mentality when that low.
