YMMV -- $8 off boneless pork loins at Costco - now no limit!

Looks like some stores didn't sell out of the Black Friday $8 off pork loin deal. They are offering the deal with no limit now. I picked up a package that amounted to a little over $1/lb after the discount. As long as you're willing to do a little slicing and dicing, this is a great price on a versatile cut of meat....

These are HUGE. Kroger has half loins for $1-2/lb on sale pretty often. Half easily serves 6-8. These full ones are probably be 12+ meals.

Been buying this cut forever. Chill before slicing; slice into Butterfly pork chops, or just boneless pork chops. Divide into meal size packages preserve by sealing with a foodsaver and freeze. Try Pork Shake 'N Bake for a simple meal. Lately, I have been getting for less than $1 per pound. The smaller sized packages of these may be less than $1 per pound!

These are great. I cut into thirds (appropriate size for our family) with this lemon garlic recipe [foodnetwork.com] , the key is the lemon zest, and then vacuum seal and freeze. Sous vide and a heavy sear in the cast iron, reduce the bag juices for a sauce and it comes out deee-licious. It's super easy too.

I've also cooked it just like the recipe says and that was amazing too.

Ive got like 3 or 4 pork shoulders in the fridge or Id buy a few of these.

Want a vacuum sealer to do as @brimorga said but haven't been able to justify the cost of unit/bags. But so far my Sous vide chicken breasts have come out with a strange texture. Juicy but weird. I will have to try pork Sous vide.
