Agree, MSG is not that harmful either, the scientist that said it was harmful because the directly injected MSG into the mouse blood stream while it supposed to be eaten. MSG are also in tomato too, so if you want to avoid MSG, avoid any tomato product

Contains Hydrolyzed Corn Protein and Yeast Extract, which are both deliberately added sources of MSG.

Except the only cheap one is Teriyaki flavored. The rest are closer per ounce to the deal posted here.
