FYI "1.4" is meaningless for a cable - it's a port designation. This is a High Speed cable with Ethernet according to the seller, which is an official designation and means it should cover all uses of HDMI that are currently available. HOWEVER, some cheaper manufacturers have been known to skimp on the High Speed spec, leading HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc. to create a "Premium" designation which indicates stricter testing for otherwise the same spec. I don't know if this cable falls into that group but at this price and with a no-name brand I would be wary if you are looking to do 4k60fps. For anything less than that you will be fine.

"The High Speed HDMI cable is designed and tested to handle video resolutions of 1080p and beyond, including advanced display technologies such as 4K, 3D, and Deep Color. If you are using any of these technologies, or if you are connecting your 1080p display to a 1080p content source, such as a Blu-ray Disc player, this is the recommended cable"

"Don't all current High Speed HDMI Cables work at 18Gbps?
Although current High Speed HDMI cables are designed to handle the increased bandwidth of 4K@60 video streams, we see a need for additional testing to ensure consistent performance at the higher speeds."

Thanks! Better than free cable that requires rebates and 50c stamp.

"Purchases are limited to 1 per buyer"

Why is this front page? This is an everyday practice on ebay, $1 HDMI cable and limit 1, nothing special here.

Please post a link to one not coming from China that takes 20-30 days and it's $1 without any rebates. Thanks

Maybe because the seller is US based, and you don't have to wait a month for it to ship from China?

anytime a listing mentions "playstation 3", I know it's outdated.

Thanks OP. Building my brother a retropie for Christmas. Pretty sure he has an extra HDMI cable, but I'll give him another for $1.
