Their products are generally considered to be subpar and overpriced to people in the auto detailing world. Very heavy on marketing and all of their products smell great, but none of them perform as good as other products in similar price ranges.

They do a lot of youtube how-to videos, heavy promotion, which gets a lot of people buying their products. They are very easily available on Amazon with Prime with helps. At least from personal experience, a lot of their products just don't "go far" in terms of, you are always buying more because it either doesn't last long or isn't strong enough as other products.

There are some exceptions. The tools like the foam gun and wash mit aren't bad deals. (Edit - Although their foam gun is probably/likely a rebranded one you could buy cheaper elsewhere but w/o the extra supplies)

For example, their butter wax tends to last a time measured in weeks, where something like Collnite 845 will last months.

the same mitt was selling at aldi's for $4 last month,
they were marketing it as a duster not a car shiner.
