This is a ROTARY hammer drill, not a regular hammer drill. It has a lot more power than regular hammer drills. It is basically commercial grade and will last a long time.

Lower than the lowest price on CCC (Previous low $109) The non-refurb kind sells for $200.

Buy from tool plus outlet to get this price.

I had this reconditioned for 4 years. It's a workhorse. Removed in total 800sqft tile, thinset, made 4" concrete holes. Not one issue.

Took me 2 days for the tile and 4 days for the thinset. I've bought two sds plus attachment one to remove the tile and one for the thinset.
Finally a concrete grinder with vaccum to remove a last bit of thinset.

This is about exactly what I did. I started with a harbor freight rotary hammer, but it spit lube out on the wall after about five minutes, and so back it went. Got this and a curved chisel tool and was super happy.

I have a feeling it'll take me a while to do using this. Maybe the size is throwing me off to think it's not strong enough.
