It is a nice monitor for folks looking for 2k monitor with VESA. However the price is so close($50 less) black friday 4k monitors.

I may finally replace my wife's 27" 1920x1080 with this one, good reviews, good price, IPS. She complains that in 2K everything seems much smaller, but I have no problems with it on my 25"/2K

good deal but was $180 3months ago. $220 is the average sale price going back to black Friday last year. I assume this will go lower with the market getting flooded with 4Ks.

Stock 60hz, OC to 75hz, perfect for MMORPG. 300-400$ cheaper than 144hz counterparts. In for 2!

Anyone know if these can be overclocked over 60hz?

Also why are manufacturers still referring to 2560x1440 as "2K"? 2K/4K refer to the horizontal pixels which would make this 2.5K.

input lag is high on this monitor, but not sure how the real world appearance is. I would also be interested in hearing about others experience with this monitor. I'm torn between this and the benQ GW2765HT (roughly the same price)

I paid this price a few months ago and don't regret it. I'm no longer a hardcore gamer but play some Ark, SWTOR, WoW, Assassin's Creed on this monitor and everything looks nice. I chose not to OC so I run at 60hz. Very bright and clear display. This was an upgrade for me from a 2009 21" TN so if you're looking to replace something nicer than what I had with this monitor you may not see such a big difference.

Input lag is high on most if not all IPS monitors.

Yes, there is the panel lag, but also the image processing lag. I think I read somewhere this monitor is a bit higher in the processing lag. Regardless I think I've made up my mind and am going to pull the trigger on this monitor.
