I got the AC1750 with an extender for $20 at walmart. The original price was 179 and it was marked clearance to 89 and then when i went to register came up as $20.

Beware of this, it is the R6700V2 which is on a different chipset. Original is Broadcom, V2 is MediaTek.

I bought one on Amazon day and it was horrible. I returned it, despite it being 55 +tax

What kind of issues did you have? I bought one last week as well but haven't set it up yet. I use a 4 year old cheapo Linksys router I figured this had to be a decent upgrade.

Constant disconnect. Like at least once an hour with one active client.

Can't agree more. This modem has been absolute trash. Love Netgear, but they really should be ashamed of this product.

Okay thanks I will let you know what happens with mine when I get around to configuring it. I have a disconnect problem on my old one without disabling IPv6.
