Based on reviews, they run to size.

Columbia as a brand has gone downhill and mainstream, IMO. Their fit isn't athletic like it used to be. Now it's a one-size-fits-all generic oversized garmet.

Looks similar to the jack wolfskin northern star jacket i got on sale from Cabelas, if that price is still there it would be a great alternative @ $50 instead.

I think they still have "active", "modern", and "relaxed" fits. Sadly, they don't seem to make active fit items in tall.

Edit: I looked at the listing and cannot figure out what fit this jacket is.

Also, I'm pretty sure the stuff sold at the outlet stores is completely unrelated to their real stuff. I bought an outlet jacket in large tall last year. The arms are almost tight while the body billows. But damn, that thing kept me toasty and dry at the dog park all winter.
