I just wasted an hour trying to process this order. Don't waste your time people. If you want to just buy the phone without adding a line, they will charge you full price and not allow you to upgrade a line for the $462 price. Even though at one point it was clearly asking me on the website to click new line or upgrade. After clicking upgrade, a box pops up saying you have to call them(which I did to no avail) or go to a store. Basically, after all my wasted time, it appears that whichever language they use(new activation/upgrade/add a new line), you can't just buy the phone for this price and replace a phone you have. What a joke. Possibly even false advertising. Been with them for over 10 years and I've never been more aggravated.

Thanks for sharing, Eddielives. Anyone have luck upgrading on T-Mobile? Definitely sounds too good to be true.

If anyone wants to go through a grueling process on t-mobilehelp on twitter, then they may have a shot at getting this phone at this price. I've been with t-mobile for over a decade so that may have helped. So I posted how dissatisfied I was with this price being so deceiving on ther twitter help account and after two hours on there with a rep, I was able to purchase the phone at a higher price but was given a credit that made it actually slightly cheaper than the $462 plus sim plus tax would have been. All in all I will have paid $500 final price BUT it was very painstakingly slow and tedious to go through the process. So good luck if you have the desire to complain on t-mobile's twitter help and see if they will do a workaround to get you that phone at the web price point.

Black iphone 7+ is out of stock. I was finally able to order a rose gold 7+ thru the tmobile app tonight. Tried to order last night, but kept getting nowhere when i tried to submit order as screen would not progress. Spoke to rep and was told to try again in 24 hours as system was having issues. Lo and behold tried again in the app and it worked. Submitted order and got the $462 price. 24 x $19.25.

Why the thumb down? Because it only works thru the apps instead of the website?

Is $462 for iphone 7Plus not a decent deal? I been looking for iphone deal and this one seems ok. $366 deal a while back was for iphone 7 so not really comparable imo.
