Looks like feather grey is the only color at this price.

I noticed the size XL was marked down further to $113.xx in store.

Do it! I was shopping around for a day or so, this is the best price for any down jacket that has 800 Fill Down.

Great jacket. Picked one up from Backcountry when they had a BF sale for $145 shipped. Highly recommend.

Also note members Spend $100 or more thru December 3 and earn a $20 bonus card.

Just get the XL and tuck the excess in your pants. I doubt anyone will even notice.

Got one of these couple days ago from Backcountry. the fits is perfect, and this might be the best 150 bucks I've ever spend on a piece of clothes. Very solid build and keep you warm without being a bulky bear.

How does this compare to the Eddie Bauer jacket currently on the front page for half the price?

So how much down and what kind of warm in what kind of weather are we talking about? I ordered that 800 fill Metawhatever Mountain Hardwear for about this price and will be returning it and eating the $6 return cost... It's so thin you can see light through it and only warm if it's like 50°, maybe.

I returned several 800 fill jackets because they were so thin. Luckily, I was able to return for free.

Apparently 800 fill = better/more down, but a lot less of it, unless you wanna go to the $350+ Arcteryx. It'd take like three of those MH 800s to get to the 650 fill Gerry I got for $40 at Costco last year (this year's version sucks).
