Greenworks BL80L01 80V 580 CFM Cordless Brushless Axial Blower is $65 on greenworks.com. Tool only, no battery included. No tax were charged in MA but YMMV on that.

Specifications
  • MPH: 145
  • CFM: 580
  • Trigger Speed: Variable
  • Cruise Control: Yes
  • Fan Design: Axial
  • Turbo Button: Yes
  • Tool Warranty: 4 Years
Better specs then GBL80320 [amazon.com] (higher speed and volume). Same specs as BPB80L00 [greenworkstools.com] but in more compact form.

80v 2.5A battery [greenworkstools.com] is $80

Looks like a new model with better specs. I have their lawn mower with 2 batteries, so bare tool is fine by me.

It seems to be a newer model. Mine is only 500 CFMs. This is a great deal.

Thanks. Now to think of it is worth spending another 65 on the newer model of the handheld. I wish the backpack was on sale for that price

I read on reviews that their backpack model is not as good as the the handheld model.

I just spent an hour using the older 80V blower to clear up all the leaves fallen in my lawn over the past week. Great tool, gives me easily 45+ mins runtime on a 2Ah battery using the lowest-medium speed modes. This is so much better than either electric blower or gas powered ones. No cords to connect or carry along, no fumes, relatively quiet and very portable. Highly recommend their blowers.
