Best price I can find on this Christmas classic, but it's only $5.99 if you are already a Prime member. $6.99 otherwise; also available at Google Play if you prefer. Merry Christmas everyone!

This is available d2d and md2d from vudu. $2 to convert bluray to hdx and $5 to convert dvd to hdx... all you really need is the barcode and even vudu's terms say you don't have to actually own the movie to convert.

That's not true according to Vudu. From Vudu's terms and conditions: "The In-Home and Mobile Disc to Digital programs are only available for physical Blu-ray™ and DVD titles that have been legitimately purchased and are presently owned by you and have not been previously used in a Disc to Digital conversion."

The Vudu info is so extraneous. I don't own this video on Blu-ray or DVD. I hear there are ways to get "barcodes" and other ways to take advantage of these conversion programs, but I'm just not interested in dealing with it all. I've grown to respect other's intellectual property, even if the hurdles to steal/pirate are menial. I own a Kindle Fire HDX tablet, buy most of my content through Amazon, and the free no-rush shipping credits as a prime member are icing on the cake. If you are a Prime member, this is the cheapest price anywhere to acquire it...unless you already own it on disc. Then by all means, save a few more bucks while you dig for the case. The older I get, the more valuable my time becomes. $6 for a Christmas classic I'll watch more regularly than the rest of my movie collection is a no brainer.
