What are you talking about? Blu rays come from 1080p HD masters from the beginning. Most of these are easily worth $3 a pop. Go shit on another thread.

It's just like it was on Black Friday it's an Un-Advertised deal on Sony's It is for the same list of 40 + movies that were included before.
Here is the last week deal thread: https://slickdeals.net/f/10929639-buy-one-get-one-free-select-blu-rays-from-5-99-bad-boys-bad-boys-ii-the-fifth-element-men-in-black-trilogy-more-best-buy?v=1&p=108845211#post108845211
Some prices went up after Sunday/Monday so several of those got a lot worse. - EDIT This is worse my error was too tired to notice it was automatically reducing the movies.

So add a movie like Trainspotting 2 to your cart (as an ELIGIBLE Sony movie once you add one to your cart it triggers the other eligible SONY's to show the Bundle and Save $5 pricing.
There are 1024 or so Sony titles on BB so it's only a small number 40+ or so that are eligible just like with the B1G1 free or the previous Bundle and save $5
https://www.bestbuy.com/site/t2-t...Id=5842809
So for example last Sunday I bought Trainspotting 2 and Total Recall (2012) on the B1G1 Free. Both were $9.99 so $9.99 + $0 = $9.99 + $1 In-store pickup discount. = $8.99 plus tax.
Right now they are $7.99 + $7.99 = $15.98 - $5 Bundle and Save = $10.98 - $2 Instore Pick up discount (have to select Shipping & then Instore if you store has them in stock = $8.98 plus tax.
EDIT: I was too sleep to notice it was already adding the discount to get to the $7.99 price

As soon as you add one of the eligible Sony movies into your cart then you can search the rest of the Sony Movies (from the previous list... or from ones people posted) and you should see a Bundle and Save $5 notation that replaces the Price Guarantee with and adjust price of what it will cost if you add that to your cart alone with the first Sony movie.

+ I see one other new one that was NOT part of the last or previous Blk Friday Sale. IDK if there are others.

Only a SMALL number of them are actually a good deal. Ones that were $9.99 and are now $7.99.
Unfortunately some were even less last week. I picked up a few bundles on Sunday that were $2.## for each movie but those deals are gone.

Bummer... List is way too small if you have been collecting movies for a while and way too many DVDs. IF they want to do a successful sale like this they need to expand their back catalog offering to about 100 Blu-ray titles.

P.S. Sony's Bundle and save $5 deal is has returned but not at the sale prices we saw during Black Friday.

They are back to the bundle and save $5 which doesn't sound as good as last week, but they also lowered some $9.99 titles down to $7.99 so $7.99 x 2 = $15.98 - $5 combo price = $10.98 - $2 in-store pick up = $8.98 + tax which is as good if not better than some of the titles last week. - EDIT prices are much higher never mind.....

P.S. Sony's deal is still going on albeit it has morphed once again.

No. Only multiformat blurays come with it, and sometimes they're not HD. If you want a digital copy, you're better off just using Vudu to scan the barcode of bluray movies you want since they're $2 for HD digitals that link to different services like iTunes. Keep in mind that not all movies will transfer to iTunes though. Most do.

You are right about most of these being D2D or MD2D, however Paramount is not part of Movies Anywhere so none of these will port from Vudu through MA and into any other provider.

True, but Vudu has an app on most streaming devices. So even if they don't transfer to iTunes or any of MA affiliates, there's still a Vudu app for tvOS, Android, iOS, etc..

These are the kind of movies that you stream or download.. not buy! The max resolution would be 720 on many older movies and not worthy of Blu Ray!

Source for this? Yes, it is unlikely most of these come with digital copies, but I don't think there is a recipe as simple as this for knowing. I'm hoping with these a "newer" release like Jack Reacher comes with a digital copy. Also never remember getting a digital copy in a Blu-ray that was limited to SD resolution.
