Just about the right build for me. Was kind of wanting 8gb rx 580 and the risen 7 1700x or 1800 but this isn't a bad price.

These are roughly the specs of the computer I made my brother for gaming. Although he has 3200 speed 16GB of RAM. That thing Flys!

I value this at about $850. You might be able to piece together your own custom build for not much more. I will say that the 1700 is a great processor, especially if the BIOS allows for overclocking.

8gb system ram is not enough for a gaming rig these days... Rx580 4gb is probably adequate... Really depends if you wanna play on maxed out settings or not. There will probably be games coming out over the next year where the Rx580 wont be able to do that. Keep in mind that the Rx 580 and GTX 1060 are on par with a GTX 970 to 980 which are cards that were released in 2014.

I overclocked my ryzen 7 1700 to 3.7ghz. Throw some more ram in this, and you have a decent gaming PC. For someone that doesn't want to put it together themselves, it's a good deal.

There was a Dell with similar but better specs just last week for the same price. I'd probably wait for a better deal, unless maybe the one has great cooling or mobo or something

or....16GB & GTX 1080 TI...for $1360.

I think that sounds good enough for me to bite on.

Problem with these ryzen prebuilts are usually the mobos not having decent vrms and enough powerphases to achieve somewhat of a high overclock while maintaining stability
