Their lightbulbs have great reviews on Amazon and have made it to the front page here quite a few times so it seems like a nice deal. Plus this one has built in speakers :p

Review here: https://www.techhive.com/article/...d-you.html

Seems like it can be paired with Alexa as well

Looks like they also provide 3 years of warranty. In for two, alexa compatibility is always welcomed.

Normally I recommend sengled but these are just dumb. They don't even work with de facto smart home standards today.

Can I connect these to a bluetooth speaker and create surround sound by running them all at once?

Imagining the sound that comes out of these is not much better than a cell phone playing the same sound.

I don't think that's how surround sound works. You'd need a controller, that tells each speaker what sound to output. This is usually the AV receiver.

Sounds like it only does Bluetooth audio with an Echo and isn't actually controlled by Alexa at all. You have to use the smartphone app to control the LED bulb (also over Bluetooth).

Don't have any experience with connecting it to a smart home solution, but the speaker is terrible.. the light is alright, it's nice that I can dim it from my phone, but not worth $$ to me..
