OT: What about the Nutcracker? They're free with $100+ purchase, but I'd like to get about 10 of these. Can you truly not buy these individually? Not really interested in sourcing all the pieces in buckets either. Any suggestions?

You may be able to buy them from private (re)sellers (ebay/amazon) but lego normally will only have those for those that order with the $100 purchase. (Could try a lego store and just ask as well maybe see if they have a special price?)
