I have used this all summer. Did the job. Not good for long&wet grasses or inclined surfaces. Also pay extra and buy a low gauge cord. 50ft-16 is simply not enough for this devices.

Also, be ready to get used to occasional jams. especially if the grass is moist.

Do not use or rely on the collection bag. It is practically useless.

Edit: The price is a steal... Don't wait till summer...

Average price over 180 days is:
Amazon: $88.13
New: $70.38

eBay has them for $54 with the trending price at $61.81. Free shipping on both.

I splurged on the 4 year Asurion warranty for $7.33 extra. This mower comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

What's your opinion on using this to mow a hill?

(Sorry for the double post, I couldn't add a quote to the other one)

Grass is always moist unless it's 100° out or you cut it every other day like some old people with nothing better to do.

Also, I saw two on sale at local Target for $45. They've been sitting a while. YMMV.

Nothing personal, but this machine looks like it would have the same effect as coughing relatively forcefully on your lawn...
Dude don't you see the slipstream design. It adds 10HP!

60 years ago a neighbor had a corded lawnmower. When you were at the end of the row, the handle just flopped over to the other side so you could do the next row without turning. It made cord management very easy.
I wonder why they don't do that anymore.

My parents said it was Lucile Ball's sister, but they weren't very reliable.

I bought and used this most of the summer to mow my lawn and found that the cord management isn't too tough as long as you go back and forth in 2 directions starting near the outlet you are using. The 14" cutting size is not my favorite because it means I go over my grass more to ensure I get it all cut, but a little extra walking is actually good for me. I live in AZ where the grass is usually dry, but I've cut with morning dew and sprinkler water on the yard and it's not too bad. If the grass was overgrown it would get bogged down very easily when wet, but either wet or a little tall is not bad.

The mower is very light and easy to push. I love the zero maintenance with this item. Just keep it clean. Also, as mentioned above, get the low gauge cord and save yourself the headaches. I got a 10 gauge 100' cord and have had zero problems with the mower's power.

If you have a large yard these are obviously not for you. If you have an eighth of an acre and want to spend half an hour mowing this machine will be more than capable.
