3rd party but at least it is Prime, looks promising since refund will be no hassle if its not legit.

Agreed, but I am having plethora of experiences now when fulfilled by Amazon by 3rd parties... Items are retaped or damaged boxes... So ratings of the seller are very important to me now..

For example... Look at this rating and feedback for this seller.

"The seller sold me a product that did not even turn on. When plugged in, the 360 camera won't even charge. The seller shipped a product that is totally defective.Read less

True. If you complain Amazon will knock them down quickly and remove selling privileges. It's harder when the seller ships themselves but when it goes through the Prime process Amazon holds sellers more accountable. Complain to Amazon when the seller sucks and they will pay the price.

I use for bulbs, Harmony, water, Nests, and motion sensors. I am also using WebCore which allows more control over automation via If/Then statements, etc.

I've read the SmartThings Hub is great, but I've also read mixed things on the Samsung branded Outlet in particular...

Anyone have any experience with the Samsung branded sensors in this? Are they reliable/good?

The Samsung site has it for ~$11 more through one of their resellers.

Folks, Check your Local Sams Club (if they have in stock). This package (with BONUS water leak sensor) is priced at $129+tax. This deal is far better than this.
NOTE: It is not available on their website though.

The product might be the problem if it is the Samsung 360 camera. I got one directly from Samsung with the same issue. Fixable by connecting the camera to a pc first.
