Plus tax. Pretty close. Depends on the stock at both locations. But you are correct 14.99 is what I saw at Target after getting them at Costco. Gas and time to return these to get 10 bucks back may not be worth it.

Is this a slick deal?

Not hating, just wondering. A quick search turned this up on amazon. Lower price for essentially the same thing no?

Bought a pack this past weekend at Costco and using it with the Christmas lights. Deal is good enough as the $15 deal at Target is sold out all around me. You also get Costco's return policy if they ever stop working.

Got two from local Costco. Connected them to Google home mini. Now my son can turn on Christmas tree light by saying turn on Christmas tree

Agreed! Just picked up a plug tonight at Target... found it in the "clearance" section of Electronics. $17.48 with another 15% discount for clearance items.... total came to $14.99 + tax.

Poor quality -- The one time it connected, the app would not list the plug and is buggy in other respects (this has been reported by other users). Instructions are only fair, at best.

Purchased this several days ago at Costco and have gone through all the steps many times, including their troubleshooting sections. It will not connect to my network (other than the one time) using the password, and I have over 20 other devices using my network and have never had problems.
I also see the discussions about using channels 1, 6, or 11. My router was set to AUTO for channel, so I tried each of the three aforementioned channels in turn, and none of them worked. In fact, that seemed to cause the app to become more buggy.

Do not waste your time with this. The TP-Link smart plugs appear far better, according to the posts I'm seeing, and I will be purchasing those and returning these to Costco.

By the way, I have been using networks and wi-fi for well over 10 years, and part of my job is device configuration on corporate networks. I'm not a newbie in any sense of the word.

Apparently they're finally releasing their bridge/hub that will make these work with Apple
HomeKit. Fingers crossed it will
Work with all of them and not just these newer models. They've been promising HomeKit a long time

Yet other people have them working just fine and you don't. Hmm.

I had a thread for this too and looks like either it got deleted or I accidentally deleted it. Either way, I ended up getting this via google express and stacked $10 off $40. My total was $35 for two- including shipping and taxes
