Doesn't look too bad except for that mother of pearl dial. Doesn't that make it a woman's watch???

Invicta is notorious for their insane MSRP.

Is the face massive? Would it be good for a 13 year old boy?

Depends on the boy. The case is 45mm diameter which equals about 1 3/4" - pretty big.

Thank you, excellent deal. I am a Invicta fan since my first pair in 2007 that also had sapphire (Synthetic sapphire) crystal and 10 years battery($40). Battery died 3 months ago- really - screen has not a scratch, but I had purchased another pair($30) 3 years back - crystal is like new, battery runs and second one I knew that gold plating does scratch after couple years I got a silver/steel color and still looks like brand new, but will be running shorter time. I think that one is 5 years battery life and was looking for something similar to mix things up. I have no reason to advertize nor do I work for Invicta, just found it very good watch, that without care will last you a while for 30 bucks. As far as keeping time, I move that twice a year to adjust for daylight time change and that is all. BTW somewhere in the middle of that I got myself a $100 Seiko and completely lost respect to that brand, after 2 months wear it looked terribly scratched with same usage and cost me a 100 bucks.

Agree on some level. They get a bad rep for insanely inflated MSRP, but if you ignore MSRP quality is better than many other brands I owned considering the price

A 45mm case diameter would be way outside the norm for a woman's watch. Although one could argue you can't put anything past Invicta. But my vote is it's a men's watch, and an ugly one at that.

I echo other posters comments that aside from absurdly fictional MSRPs and a few design abominations [*cough*https://i.pinimg.com/736x/4f/c1/5...letons.jpg*cough*], there's nothing intrinsically wrong with Invicta. I have one of their Pro Divers with a Seiko automatic movement (ref#8928) that I dearly love.
