Samsung 65" Class MU8000 4K UHD TV for $1,119.99 + tax, through employer EPP Discount (Employee Purchase Program)

Also, Discover 10% cashback for Samsung Online

Check your employer EPP discounts

Click here [samsung.com] [samsung.com] and enter your name and work email address. It will tell you immediately if you are eligible or not and if you are it will send you an email to activate your employee savings. After you activate savings you need to log out and log back in to see better pricing.

Again, this is direct from Samsung.com using your employer EPP account.

This is the lowest I have seen for this TV from a reliable seller.

Also, 55" Class MU8000 4K UHD TV is for $799.99

Please note that this is a deal if you only have the EPP discounts through your employer.

Screenshot of this pricing is attached for reference.

I too bought the last year [2016] model KS8000 model at the lowest price for $1,079.99 but this is 2017 model TV.

$1120 is the lowest price I have see for this TV.

Amazon review seems to be good.

I'm aware this is 2017 model. I ended up getting the 65ks8000 for under $400 after all price protection and double cash back mess from last year 🤫

How does this compare to the 65 inch Sony 900e? Is it a matter of people who prefer one brand over the other, or is there a better TV between the two?

Sony is better. I did the research a few weeks ago Sony came up to be little better.
